Don’t book flights or accommodation with Cruise1st. The flights are totally managed via cruise 1st right until checking at airport. This means any upgrades have to be done by Cruise1st at a extortionate cost. They quoted me £2k for upgrade to Prem Econ the day before flight to which I got at airport on check in desk at £340😮. Hotel at Singapore was absolutely tiny. Considering we had two suitcases, once in room we could not move. Just get cruise via Cruise1st and buy flights & accommodation yourself.
