More than 2 weeks, no response
It has been 2 weeks now and the order has still not arrived - despite the announced 3-5 working days... They even sent me a confirmation email that my order will be delivered tomorrow, which has not happened either. Hermes, the delivery company, has told me on their customer hotline that this company means trouble and that there are many more customers waiting for their orders to arrive. Fitness Footwear has yet to answer my emails, no response from them and no way to contact them. It's frustrating. Very poor service
