Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service Our cover sprung a leak, the replaced it under warranty but not before making us take multiple pictures of the unit, ports and mattress Then they shipped us out the wrong size They would not ship us out the correct size till after they received the wrong size back into their warehouse When they finally shipped out the right one (approx 3-4weeks now) our pod seems to have stopped working for the heating function, probably due to sitting idle for so long Again with the multiple emails to verify, and reverify. Made us buy a replacement pod as apparently it was out of warranty. Which is fine…whatever Other few weeks pass…just opened the carton that was meant to be the hub. Finally though this issue was resolved…guess what, it’s another cover! (Not the hub we purchased) FML From what was a relatively simple issue has been months and still not resolved.
