Soflare is a SCAM. Stole me Money

I have screen shots. My tokens values went to zero overnight. Went from value of approx. $2200 to $900 to $720 and then nothing. Customer service has blocked me. I am reporting to FBI and SEC and BBB. Every one indicate this site is safe. I downloaded from Apple Store. I am filing complaint with Apple. I am extremely new with crypto purchasing, so I don't know what I am doing. But I thought I did great when I moved from one wallet to another to purchase coins. The coins are there but not value whatsoever. And no transaction history that provide exchange details.
