Very poor service!
I ordered some groceries online. After a couple of hrs,I called customer service and was informed that they couldn't find a driver to deliver my already picked items. Nothing notified me of the delay and I never received any updates. Customer service were completely useless with no empathy whatsoever and as a double punch in the gob, I was informed that I would have to wait 3-5 working days for my refund of £49 to be processed. "WARNING" USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
