Avoid this utterly dreadful service
Avoid this utterly dreadful service! I was unable to recently receive calls and texts messages, and upon contacting Lyca customer services I was told my sim had been deactivated due to inactivity. To say I was shocked and concerned is a major understatement! I have had my sim and number for over 5 years, and it’s been crucial to maintain this number as it’s my main number for people to contact me on. Lyca have told me there’s no way to retrieve this number despite it being invalid and not assigned to anyone currently. Disgrace service who couldn’t care less about its customers. Edit: You have asked me for the 19 digit sim number, yet have provided no instruction on where to send this information. Given this is a public platform, such information cannot be shared here. On a related note, I have also spoken with Ofcom who have advised me that when a number is in quarantine, the network (Lyca in this case) can indeed retrieve the number. I therefore request that my number be recovered and activated.
