Palma Mallorca airport. A Very rude driver who was late with the name board that was with mistake. The driver did not have information where to go as well had no wish to help with the luggage. Customer service helpless. After paying 110 Eur for transfer you receive such service . As a kind gesture company offered me 35 Eur refund, which is a joke . I spent more money calling them. This is my send similar experience in Mallorca. If Spain does not want tourists, don’t take our money then .
