Customer NON service.

Love their garments, but my experience of so called customer service is woeful. There is no phone number on the website to call so you're offered an email address or a form to complete. I'd placed an order very early on a Wednesday morning and wanted to upgrade the delivery so I used the form and sent it, stating it was an urgent request. Two days later and NOTHING. If you're going to restrict the forms of communication then at least have the courtesy to respond via the ones you offer. Fortunately I ordered the same garment again with the delivery I needed but it meant paying twice and now have to go to the trouble of sending one item back. It's certainly made me think twice about buying from them again. UPDATE - thank you for your response, however, I have checked my junk/deleted items, and there is no message from you.
