Billing incompetence
Dr is average. Get the feeling this is strictly a money making organization. Billing and submitting claims is horrendous. If claims are denied due to their incompetence, they are not resubmitted without significant hounding and literally doing their job. Communication is nil. In order to not owe these people a small fortune it is necessary to discontinue treatment and find a new provider. Left message for my MD regarding this and he said he would forward to "office manager" who in turn never called me and won't respond to message via their own patient portal. Edit: Now Lifestance cares?? Why because they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for taking advantage of patients? You want my name, etc.? Your practitioner already has all my info. It's awesome that your stock value has declined by 70% in the past 3 years. Now the day traders can have a field day with your crappy healthcare company.
