I received a Birthday voucher from…
I received a Birthday voucher from Anaconda which would not work in store and the staff tried everything they could I sent their customer contact an email they told me the voucher could only be used online I explained to them the voucher stated “use in store OR online” I kept asking how I could present the voucher online as that was their response each time I sent them a reply email I sent them a photo of the voucher clearly showing it could be used in store they then told me “the voucher didn’t work because I had unsubscribed from their website site which i told them was absolute rubbish as I am still getting emails/brochures from them, they are treating their customer like total fools the voucher has now expired and they have not come up with a valid resolution / explanation.
