I usually do not give a 1 star review; but playing with my money and health is a no-go. When I first started using the app, it was ok, but I started driving again. After falling into a dark depression, I started using Favor again. It was horrible. Since items tend to be missing, with no resolution, I decided to make my order simple. I ordered 1 large pizza. That is all. I do not live far from the restaurant; but Favor gave me a free delivery coupon, so I figured it was a sound idea. I was given an estimated time of arrival. However, as usual, over the course of an hour or so, they kept switching my runners. Finally, my pizza arrived, no knock or text. I only knew it was there because I kept looking through my window. I know how they tend not to notify. The safety seal on the pizza box was opened and the food was lukewarm. Not sure why he opened my pizza, but maybe he picked off a piece of pepperoni or something. To top this off, I was ripped off. I was quoted $10+tip for my order, free delivery. In the end, I had paid $20+ for a $10 pizza. Now I know to avoid this company. I do not have money to throw away.
