Our Late Mother's House
Brad Teal and Brett Robinson handled the sale of our late mother's house with great honesty and integrity. They indicated what was necessary to ensure a speedy sale and maintained constant contact by informing us of the reaction after each inspection. From the beginning they informed us of all the costs together with their very reasonable commission. Even when the auction failed to attract a bid, they managed to find a potential customer in the crowd, keeping us appraised of the negotiations. Although this customer was unable to reach our price, they continued with more inspections until the residence was eventually sold, two weeks after the date of the auction. Since then, they have continued to maintain contact and no doubt this will continue up to the settlement date.
