I gave 5 stars because of a unique situation that just accured. I called the 1-800 number because I shipped 3 boxes test strips in but was only being paid for 2, well when I shipped them the 3rd box was in a smallish styrophoam food grade to-go/doggybag container to keep them from getting any damage to the test strip boxes, as it happened whom ever opened the shipping box discarded the styrophoam container in the trash. the trash can was searched and the third box found inside its protective container that it had been shipped in, so I have a 25 dollar credit for the next time I send test strips in. most people wouldn't have gone to those lengths and just said sorry but no we didn't receive 3 just two and left it at that not carring if a long time customer was lost or not. but he did and I am grateful he did and appreciate his effort into playing detective. Thank you
