Fraudulently advertise prices
Fraudulently advertise prices. I selected 3 seat, 2 adults with a seat, but they removed my infant seat, charged me the amount for 3 people and left me with a seat for my child. If you book with any other travel agency in the same way selecting an infant seat you get a seat. The worst customer service I have ever come across. Fraudsters, don't ever use them.
