Extremely Rude Employee Behavior
On 1/23/24 spoke to female at Monarch Dental Town East Crossing, Mesquite, TX. Stated I wanted the doctor to write a prescription for a mouth issue. Asked her to just say yes or no whether the doctor can. She said “no”. Then realized the doctor had previously written me a prescription for something else. When I tried to correct her, she refused to allow the conversation to be redirected, and just kept repeating herself that I had said “say yes or no”. I said, what’s your name? She refused and hung up on me!
