I'd say they are getting back on track
It's difficult as a customer to know what goes on inside an organisation - all you can see is the interface between you and them. I was a reseller in the era when Heart was winning all the awards for service quality but I am aware of quite a few ups and downs since then. However, due to one of their resellers completely imploding I needed Heart to rescue access to my domains and I have to say that their service has been impeccable. Looking at some recent reviews, it seems that not everyone has had this experience but I have. Their customer service ticket system has been helpful and quick to respond to my questions even during holiday periods. At the moment I am being looked after by a lady (initials MG) who is perfect. So I judge as I find and that's why I give Heart Internet 5 stars.
