DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Absolutely disgusting service nearly two years from my accident, multiple complaints and reviews on trust pilot seem to be the only way to get any sort of response from them. Emails ignored when the most simple questions asked, phone number does not work, Mark Abbot my claim handler is either off or just refuses to respond to me and that is with complaints department copied into all emails. I am now left in a position where my health has declined so badly after and accident that wasn’t my fault I can no longer work yet this has not been considered at any point in the claim, I have emailed yet again and if I don’t hear within the week will be contacting legal ombudsman - this is not only putting a strain on my mental health but further exacerbating my physical health conditions with the stress of having to constantly chase them!
