This company is a scam
Be very careful about this company. I called them for a shipping quote and they were the cheapest around. Matthew said he would email me the quote. He never did. I tried calling multiple times to chase up on this quote. Different people picked up the phone and I left multiple messages but Matthew never got back. And neither did anyone else. Today I find a £20 charge to my phone bill for all the phone calls on the 0845 number I used to call Rapid Shipping. Apparently Rapid Shipping charge a service fee for you to call them. This company sounds like a scam that is making money not off being freight forwarders but off the service fee they charge on the multiple calls you make to them.
