hopelessly incompetent
They sent our product with a missing part. Their customer service is really slow to non responsive. It'd take them 2 weeks to reply 1 email and they ignore all follow-up emails. They also sent the wrong replacement item twice, and has now become completely unresponsive. So the missing part is still missing. Their customer service are a bunch of hopelessly incompetent people.
