No return shipping label for broken mirror bought online
I bought a mirror online and it arrived broken. I went to the website thinking I’d be able to request a return and receive a return label. Nope. I called the phone number for online orders. They were CLOSED. Customer service for TJMaxx online was closed at 7pm EST! Now I have to call them when I’m busy working. This is my first online purchase w TJX and probably my last. Customer friendly online shopping really needs to make returns easy. This is ridiculous.
