SCAM!! This review is for people who want to…
This review is for people who want to rent a car from Sixt.it and they don't actually know that this company is very bad.Last year in the summer we rented a small car for a month, and when we returned the car everything was Ok. No extra charges ,nothing , and the bill was paid in full .This happened in August,2018 .Five month after our returning to Canada ,my husband's credit card got charged again ,a small amount (around$50) was subtracted from his credit card for four month .After calling his credit card provider ,he realized that Sixt stole the money from his card , without his permission. .He called this company and nobody knew anything and they didn't have an answer for him This was SCAM! They had his credit card information and they took the same amount of money($55) for four month. THIEVES!!We will never rent a car from this company again. The credit card provider is doing an investigation right now, trying to figure out how to give my husband the money back. This shouldn't happened with a big company like SIXT.
