DO NOT USE for Day2/8 testing
DO NOT USE this company if you are planning to quarantine after arriving in the UK. My day 2 test kit was not shipped (no tracking number). My day 5 test kit, ordered privately at additional cost, was shipped so I took that on day 2 instead. This screwed up their system so I did not get my day 2 results. They didn't even bother to register it on the national system so the 119 helpline could not find it to confirm I'd done my quarantine test correctly. As a result I could not take a day 5 test to release with another company to get out early and go see my sick relative. Still don't have any tracking information for the day 8 test kit. They have very nice people on the phone who can't do anything except pass on your enquiries. The online customer support team simply don't respond. Just don't bother paying these people for things they won't deliver. They should be taken off the government list and I will write and say so. Just use someone else.
