Flight Delayed - But decent service
So, they had a flight delay by 2 hours. It happens. As a result I missed my connection in FRA. But, I got a free hotel. I had to pay for a taxi myself, but the process to claim the expenses was painless and they refunded basically the entire leg of the trip. Compared to trying to do this with other airlines (TAP for example) this was actually pretty easy. For me having this process go smoothly and not having to fight them for compensation gives them a 5 star rating.
