I absolutely am disgusted at how they are treating there clients. Imagine my mom, a 60 year old lady, has to wait more than 24 hours to have the visa approved. We have been asking help from your company and thankfully, one staff named Shiella was kind enough to assist us and update us despite my ranting and complaints. This company’s visa process team is soooo poor at their job! Good thing you have a wonderful receptionist who is good at handling customer complaints. Most of my mom’s other fellow passengers had their visa updated much easier and without fail but it seems that you need some things to workout and polish. I am writing this letter to make a statement and make sure that other reviews here are not just made up reviews!!! If your 4.8 star ratings is really worth the truth, then stand up for it and make sure it means something, otherwise, you might have more complaints like this. Make a contingency plan (despite the holidays) Give us alternatives Try to resolve and engage us These things were really lacking today… but when we initially started you were all ears for us because it will give you more money and after that you don’t care about what will happen next (obviously, that is what happened now). I hope that you will not have a worst customer experience other than this and please try to improve your process. I was really upset because my mom had to endure waiting for more than 24 hours. Can you even do that to your parents??? Think about it. Thank you and God bless.
