Really bad attitude

Really bad, not to mention rude, attitude today from a Circet employee I encountered who was digging a hole - not in the road, but in a verge at the side of the road - to erect a pole for Openreach. It would have been so simple for him to allow people local access without backing up and going around a detour, but no. Not allowed, no way. And just to prove his point, he got in his van and manoeuvred it so that it blocked the entire lane. Way to go old man. I hope you sleep well tonight, job well done!
