The customer service is a shambles
The customer service is a shambles . The service centre leave unintelligible voice-mails asking to ring back. I ring back and they haven't a clue who I am or what I want. How many times ? They are dealing with people seeking medical treatment. But TBF judging by the background noise the people in the service centre are having fun .
