Expensive and incompetent.
Expensive and incompetent. I moved recently from City fibre to open reach as I moved house. They did not send me the correct cables to do this. When I did get the cable I was on the phone for over two hours ending up having to factory reset the router. Now I have had to ring them to pay one pound. Also, have to email them to get a refund on me purchasing the cable needed. Not one bit impressed at all. Pure rubbish service. Avoid at all costs.
