I don’t know what was more painful
I don’t know what was more painful, the hip fracture my father-in-law sustained while on holiday in the Netherlands or having to deal with World Travel Protection, owned/run by Zuric. It’s been four months since the accident and despite hundreds of emails and phone calls and assurances that everything had been taken care of and settled with the hospital it appears that not a single payment has been made. Every time I call them I’m told that it’s all been settled or the payment is being processed. This seems to be a deliberate tactic to avoid payouts and now my elderly father-in-law who os already dealing with a traumatic event has to contend with this. It’s absolutely shocking how this company treats customers, failing to take responsibility, take appropriate action or even communicate. Avoid at all costs.
