Economy Energy..What A Joke!!
Think i now hold the world record for being on hold with this company.. over an hour and atill not spoke to anyone in relation to my complaint and my alleged £8337.00 yearly usage of electricity from my 2 bedroomed house with only 1 adult and 1 child occupancy.. This company need to be held accountable via criminal prosecution for their actions and misery they have caused its customers!!
