€160 "lost" just like that
Charged €160 for full year and when I asked for change of mind refund I got emails from anna C. that my refund of €146.63 for 11 months will be processed. I even warn them about glitch on their shady website. Month later nothing. 2 months later still nothing. After emailing them back they told me that they wont issue me refund because I used mobile data after I was told Ill get refund. In meantime they deactivated my number. So I lost my phone number, plan and €160. Theyll never see me again and of course all my friends heard about this. This is literally theft and should be considered criminal activity. Of course, Ill go to small claims court. Wont let it go but advice to others, just avoid it. You dont need this in your life. I can also agree that customer sevice is useless. Just bunch of copy/paste answers and not even trying to understand what youre talking to them. Edited after LycaMobile reply. As you can see I didn't get refund and my phone number is deactivated. If you charge me 12 months service and then deactivate my account so I cant use service I paid but dont refund me then thats theft. Unreal customer service.
