Thanking Lora for exceptional Customer service - SkaDate Software
I have been using the SkaDate Dating Software since November 2019. They issue ticket numbers for each service request. From the date I started, up to now, I have contacted SkaDate for different support requirements. Lora was in customer service since I started and she helped me on a few different occasions. I need to mention that the service I received from Lora was exceptional from the beginning. I had some issues recently, she gave more than 100% in fixing my issue. She contacted my hosting provider on behalf of me. Although She is in customer service she has a good knowledge of IT as well. I wanted to thank Lora for her wonderful customer service.
