What a great service, even fridge cold prescription items!

I ordered a prescription item on the app, had some trouble with it not liking my address so called. Very helpful real person problem solved and waited to check it worked. Very easy and straightforward. My order arrived the following day, I won't lie, as a fridge item, I was concerned it wouldn't be cold. I was impressed, the ice pack was still frozen! Excellent service that I would recommend and will certainly use again.
