Orpington Tesco branch, no good!
They only want to service clean cars! I was at Tesco so for convenience went to this one. Wanted my car washed and hoovered, it was in need of it hence going there but I wouldn't say in anyway excessive. The guy looked at it and said they have a surcharge for very dirty cars and it was going to cost me £50! I thought this was completely ridiculous so told him no. My car is only a Renault Captur so not a big car (although I know they class it as a large vehicle). Will go to my normal place who always do an excellent job for less than half that. Just not as easy to get to for me, sadly. I took pictures of my car straight after this which I will be happy to share with Waves if they want to see my 'excessively' dirty car.
