Payment Increase

I encountered an issue with a payment increase where the bill almost doubled. Upon calling, I spoke with Hannah who was very polite and explained clearly how everything was calculated. I should just need to give a meter reading for the next couple of months to provide more accurate usage data for the bill to be re-calculated.
