Misleading info from the sales rep
Misleading info from the sales rep. Heaters were installed quickly with no mess, however despite what the sales rep said THEY ARE NOT CHEAP TO RUN. I live in a fuel efficient timber framed 3 bedroom detached house. I have 4 heaters, but cannot afford to run them at the temperature I want, therefore I had had to resurrect a redundant open fire to properly heat my lounge. Today, the outside maximum temperature was 5 degrees. At 9.30 pm, my electric consumption for the day is already over £14. I wish I had stuck with my old fashioned economy 7 heaters. On top of this it cost me 1.4k to upgrade my panel box to run them. A company recommended by Trust electric did this. They are in tandem ripping off customers. So far, I have had no reason to call for after sales service. I hope I don't have to after reading comments from other unhappy customers.
