Charged for item not delivered. No refund after 3 months.
Ordered a garden chair in July. They Asked me to pay an additional amount of £90 because they discovered they were out of stock of single chairs but I could have two. I didn’t want two and asked for my £139.00 to be refunded ( taken from my card). In spite of requests I still have not received my refund and so have taken action.
