After spending about 6 hours trying to activate new phone w/Visible, I looked for other Verizon resellers and tried Twigby. It still took awhile, but it was so nice to have real, very patient people to help. I knew my only choice in this area is Verizon but it kept coming up N/A after completing my application. The agent was able to input my info and activate the account from their end.
