Customer services went above and beyond!!
I placed an order for a couple of mystery kits as a gift for my sons birthday but my order was not processed immediately due to an error with my bank which in turn caused a delay in payment to mystery kit. I was worried it would not arrive on time. I therefore contacted customer services to explain and they advised me that as soon as the payment was received they processed the order, of which had already left the warehouse and was with the courier, however, they were so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my sons gift arrived in time. They contacted the delivery company and upgraded my delivery to priority delivery at no extra cost to me. Thanks to this my sons shirts arrived on time. Thank you so much 😊
