Outstanding Course, Outstanding Tutor (M.Skipp)
I've been grinding through the ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management Course, administered via Epearl. It's been a genuinely useful and substantial course , plenty to sink your teeth into and substantial enough but also modularised enough for people to manage on top of a career or a family. As someone who works internationally, even distance learning can be a push at times. The support of tutors (especially the outstanding Melissa Skipp) has been first class, ever patient and supporting with encouragement (and a bit of a nudge...) whenever I've needed it. Premium degrees and MBAs shine on a CV, but my Stonebridge courses have been full of useful practical stuff that you find yourself using the day after you've learned it. I can't speak highly enough and I will be back for more.
