What a lovely customer experience
What a lovely customer experience. I was looking for some custom ear plugs to protect my hearing as I play in a concert band. I came across Miles, at Dakin Custom Audio. He was ace. We had a good talk about my needs, he explained the whole process to me and kept me informed every step of the process. He suggested some filters that could suit me but to contact him if they needed adjustment to suit my needs. And of course they are customer made to my required colours! I would throughly recommend Miles at Dakin Custom Audio for good customer service and knowledge of my needs.
