So disappointed
I ordered three large wood framed pictures to match a gift a received from Smallwood . Two of them are perfect and the bottoms part of one frame the wood totally doesn’t match. I’m so disappointed and they will not do anything to fix it for me. I had planned to frame so many pictures with this company and now I will not be able to trust the quality of their quality control. I understand wood has different grains but I have two that match perfectly and the bottom half of one doesn’t match at all. Just be cautious and aware if you choose to spend your money and work with them. Customer service can not help because it was a custom order.
