Customer service is garbage

I didn’t realize how the ordering works & made 2 orders of 2 products each, I immediately noticed if I had purchased them all together I would have gotten a better deal. I immediately called customer service, &. They basically said, too bad. They would not redo my orders to be combined. I highly doubt I will order from them again, the customer service was horrible, especially when it was my first time making an order. They should have honored it.
