Code was provided straight away, I downloaded the software and installed as directed and tried to activate the key through one of the Office applications. Unfortunately, I was told that the key had been installed the maximum number of times. With seemingly such a definite rejection of the key I emailed the company. They responded quickly and were very patient. They politely suggested I follow the 2nd part of their instructions, namely phoning Microsoft and responding as scripted. I did this and after a slightly tortuous process the key was enabled without any problem and my Office suite runs perfectly. Brilliant price for a lifetime key and well worth enduring the process of enabling it. Thoroughly recommend this company!
