This company is not trying to fix problems. I have complained day by day, they blamed my Internet service. I even described the problem to them. I know one other review that went through the same thing. The “we will be back” ad is played on loop. And when I exit the app and go back in, it replays the last part of the episode that was finished. Too bad it’s the only free service I can watch my favorite Star Trek show. You would think they would actually care about their viewers, but you get what you paid for. In this case nothing.
