Avoid this company. They will scam you and simply don't care about it. I've picked up a Ford Fiesta at Turin Porta Nova Station and returned to the same point as instructed. Parked, full tank, no scratches... A few days later I noticed an extra charge of Euro 34,96 on my credit card. I've contacted the CS via email and it was informed that the charge was for fuel, Euro 3.32 net per liter. My polite reply was telling Sixt that they are thieves. For charging the Credit Card without informing me, for charging Euro 3.32/l and most importantly, I've returned the car with a full tank. On Dec 27th, I've sent another email with photos of the car parked at the right spot and showing the display with full tank. 12 days later after I've chased them on FB their reply was: "We kindly ask you to refrain from using such words. Please be advised that the price of 3,32 per Liters includes the fuel and also the service charge. According to the receipt provided by the branch the car has been refilled with 8,63 liters. In view of this information we must respectfully decline your request for refund." Apparently they will keep my money but they don't like to be called thieves.
