My experience with OnlineCanarias
You certainly have an excellent transport service. 5 stars for that. And quick shipping is also something extraordinary. 5 stars for that also. But having tried the Logitech MX Ergo trackball you sent to me, I know that it is in no way ergonomic according to my hand. Just an hour of working and my hand hurts as bad or more as it does when using the Elecom Huge trackball. A short rest and coffee break was good, but less than half an hour with the MX Ergo again was enough for my hand not to like it. The thumb is made for gripping and holding items not for precise moving like the index finger. The buttons and movement of the ball is absolutely excellent and in same class as the Elecom Huge even though the ball is far too small. Tried again the not at all ergonomic trackball this morning, but with no better result. My hand is not going to learn how to fit the way it is operated. Will repack it and make sure it is in same condition as I received it. Logitech TrackMan Marble FX T-CJ12 is the best ever for my hand. Working 8 or more hours with designing and drawing without the least of problem make that the perfect trackball. The PS2 wired connection does not function well with neither Windows 10 nor 11. It was made in the time when Windows XP-Pro was the best Microsoft OS. The Logitech Cordless TrackMan FX M/N: T-RA17 is close and does not give my hand problems when working 4 hours. Unfortunately the bearings are not lasting forever, so even though the ball is very big (even bigger than in the Elecom Huge) working with the cordless TrackMan is not smooth sailing; it would have been if the bearings were still perfect but not when worn during many hours (years) of use. Thank you for having given me time to find out that perfect trackballs are no longer available. Having tried so many and only found 2 worth working with mean that my hands are not made for what is available new in the market today. After returning the trackball to OnlineCanarias ( www onlinecanarias com ) I received the paid amount back again. Buying from OnlineCanarias has been a pleasant experience and whenever needing something else that is available on their web-page I will not hesitate to use the company again. 5 stars and big one for that company.
