They never answer the phones whether it be Sales or Service. It’s always the recorded voice saying they will ring back, but they rarely do. I bought 10 BMWs on the run from their predecessor Coopers with fantastic service from both Sales and Sevice. With Arden’s it’s been two but their lack of service is putting me off using them in the future. I have reported this matter to BMW head office before and they promised to sort them out, but appear to have done nothing
