Urang Property Management Limited

Urang is the worst property management and building firm ever!
In all honesty Urang is one of the most incompetent and negligent companies I have ever had to the displeasure of dealing with. They have been managing a block of flats that I live in and since I've moved in, they have accomplished very little and have charged a large sum of money to the residents association. They are unable to understand simple questions and reply in a timely manner. You might think I am demanding, but for questions such as "have we filed our year end accounts" it takes dozens of reminders and 4 months for them to confirm that the final approved accounts were submitted and for larger issues such as major works to the building we were still waiting on answers a year and a half later. One example - a leaky room was reported in September of 2013, the first acknowledgement of this being an issue came in early 2014. It was agreed work would be estimated for, budgeted, billed and completed within 3 months. In March 2015, we are having a 4th visit from a surveyor and we still have no estimates or plans for the work to be completed. Needless to say, I took great pleasure in terminating their contract. However, even after parting ways with them they we had immense difficulty getting Urang to transfer funds back to us. We had to threaten legal action to eventually receive these funds years after we had stopped working with them. To this day we are still working out issues that they caused and when we reach out for their assistance they refuse to rectify the issues they caused. However about every 6 months they harass me and ask me to remove my reviews of their company. Why would I do this if they can't even sort out the issues that still plague our building? I can't stress this enough - NEVER USE URANG, THEY ARE STUPIDLY INCOMPETENT AT BEST! In response to Paul's comments below, no one in the building was happy with Urang and they NEVER worked hard or tailored their services for the building or the residents. They were lazy and non-responsive and impossible to get hold of. On top of it they were non-apologetic. As for the transfer of funds we have a long trail of emails proving Urang was not transferring the funds within specified timelines. Paul is only apologising here as it's a public forum.
