A really positive experience...
Sam was really instrumental in me choosing the property I eventually moved in to as it was only when he suggested I look at it, when in fact I had I initially enquired about another property. Once the decision was made to take the property, Elise was incredibly approachable and professional and really supported my endless stream of questions. Moving in day was quick and efficient and I felt supported throughout especially when having to source a fridge at the last minute. There is still an outstanding issue but that sits more with the landlord at the time of writing the review. All in all I’d recommend Waterford’s and the team in Fleet.
