Very poor experience
1/5 — Very poor experience I placed an order with FarmaciasDirect (order EU#23230) and received confirmation that it had been shipped via Seur (tracking number 20036-410000454047). After checking directly with the courier, it became clear that the package was never sent or delivered. FarmaciasDirect offers no functional customer service — there has been no response to repeated contact attempts. This experience shows a lack of reliability and accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this company until they improve their service and transparency.
